SALON SURCHARGE PER BOOKING_

As we are a member of Sustainable Salons Australia www.sustainablesalons.org we charge a $3 surcharge per salon visit. This money goes directly to Sustainable Salons Australia each week. This small fee per client means we can recycle up to 95% of everything we use in salon. All the money made from everything we recycle through SSA goes to Oz Harvest to support and feed those most in need.

BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY_
We require a booking fee of $50. This is used to secure your booking with us which will be redeemed at checkout on the day of your appointment or can be used to secure your future booking with us.

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. If you have confirmed your appointment and cancel within the 48 hours of your booking then you will be charged $50 which will come from your booking fee and is not refundable. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a ‘no-show’ then you will be charged for 50% of your full service booked.
